A1 Impex

218NJ is a butene Linear Low Density Polyethylene TNPP free grade suitable for general‐purpose packaging. It is easy to process giving good tensile properties, impact strength and optical properties. 218NJ contains no slip and no antiblock additives.
Lamination film, thin liners, shopping bags, carrier bags, garbage bags, coextruded films, consumer packaging and other general-purpose applications. 

Polysure F0120L is a 1-butene comonomer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene, produced by Gas Phase – UNIPOLTM PE technology and primarily suitable for Blown Film Process. This grade contains Slip & Anti-block additives. Film produced with F0120L offers excellent optical, superior mechanical, tear resistance & good heat seal properties.

This grade does not contain Slip & Anti- block additives. Film produced with F0118L offers excellent optical, superior mechanical, tear resistance & good draw down characteristics.

Polysure F0218L is a 1-butene comonomer based Linear Low Density Polyethylene, produced by Gas Phase – UNIPOLTM PE technology and primarily suitable for Blown & Cast Film Extrusion Process. This grade does not contain Slip & Anti-block additives. Film produced with F0218L offers excellent optical, superior mechanical, tear resistance & good heat seal properties.

F20S009 is recommended for general purpose, heavy duty and liquid packaging in laminated/non- laminated film applications. It has excellent processability with optimum combination of mechanical, optical and sealing characteristics. The material conforms to natural resin designation IS 7328-2B-FBH- BXDA of IS 7328:2020 and optimally stabilized with antioxidants, slip, antiblocking and processing aid additives.

F18A010U has excellent processability with optimum balance of mechanical and optical properties. It is without slip and antiblocking agent additive.

D22S010A is recommended for drip irrigation extruded products. This grade meets the requirements of material as per IS 12786:1989. The pipe made from this grade meets hydrostatic characteristics (creep rupture stress requirement) for PE-25 material when incorporated with adequate quantity of carbon black as specified in clause 4.1 of IS 12786:1989. The material conforms to natural resin designation IS 7328-2B- NB-BXDA of IS 7328:2020.
