The HF1810 resin is a pelletized linear low density polyethylene selected by customers for applications thatrequire maximum strength and toughness. This product offers excellent additive homogeneity, requires notransfer equipment modification, and facilitates clean and safe handling. Typical applications include heavy dutyshipping sacks, trash can liners, commercial and industrial packaging, as well as food and consumer packaging.HF1810 offers enhanced film strength, drawdown, toughness and heat seal strength. In addition, this resin hasexcellent low temperature resistance for applications such as stretch film and frozen food packaging.

It has excellent processability with optimum combination of mechanical, optical and sealing characteristics. The material conforms to natural resin designation IS 7328-2B-FBH- BXDA of IS 7328:2020 and optimally stabilized with antioxidants, slip, antiblocking and processing aid additives.

Product Details:

F18A010U has excellent processability with optimum balance of mechanical and optical properties. It is without slip and antiblocking agent additive.

It is widely used for lamination and cling film applications.

D22S010A is recommended for drip irrigation extruded products. This grade meets the requirements of material as per IS 12786:1989. The pipe made from this grade meets hydrostatic characteristics (creep rupture stress requirement) for PE-25 material when incorporated with adequate quantity of carbon black as specified in clause 4.1 of IS 12786:1989. The material conforms to natural resin designation IS 7328-2B- NB-BXDA of IS 7328:2020.
